Part-time production executive
Astor Media is looking for a part-time production executive to support the delivery of its growing portfolio of B2B magazines, digital editions, events materials and commercial assets across finance, workplace and automotive sectors.
This is a hands-on production role suited to somebody organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-moving publishing environment. The successful candidate will support the production process across print and digital products, helping ensure deadlines are met and content is delivered accurately and professionally.
The role will involve coordinating magazine flatplans, preparing assets for production, liaising with editorial and commercial teams, managing artwork and advert placement, checking files before release and supporting the wider workflow around magazine and digital publication delivery.
Applicants should be confident working across multiple projects at once and have strong attention to detail. Experience within publishing, media production, design coordination or magazine workflow management would be beneficial.
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and general publishing systems would be an advantage, although the role is focused on production coordination rather than graphic design.
