Sheldon Clayton Logistics has been named Shareholder Member of the Year at the Pallet-Track Shareholder Gala, held at The Belfry Hotel in Sutton Coldfield.
The award was presented by Stuart Godman, group CEO at Pallet-Track, alongside Peter Eason, managing director of ELB Partners, which sponsored the category and was the previous year’s winner.
As part of the recognition, Sheldon Clayton Logistics also received a high-specification dual-liveried trailer featuring both the Pallet-Track and Sheldon Clayton branding.
The award recognises the company’s contribution to the Pallet-Track network, which enables independent logistics businesses to collaborate on the efficient nationwide movement of palletised freight.
Sheldon Clayton Logistics has been a shareholder member of Pallet-Track since 2010. Founded in 1976, the business now employs around 200 people across its operations in the West Midlands and Scotland.

“This award is a fitting tribute to the legacy of our founder, David Sheldon, who built the business from scratch but sadly passed away last year, aged 80.
“He would have been proud of this win, as are we, which celebrates the hard work of our entire team. We’re looking forward to building on this for many years ahead and getting our new trailer on the road!”
